The Sanctuary Spa, Derbyshire is a Holistic Massage Studio, with a difference.

I aim to create not only a wonderfully relaxing space to come and be pampered but also will be introducing

'Th e Sanctuary Pod',

a separate space where clients can come in, get changed in comfort, relax on our sumptuous Sofa with soft and fluffy accents, put their feet up and indulge in a complimentary cuppa from our Hot Choc Station and just enjoy the ambience before or after their treatments.​

If you have aching muscles and shoulder tension after a long day at work (or at home) there is nothing more rewarding or soothing than a relaxing Massage.

And If you are, like me, and are not a fan of the hustle and bustle of some, maybe more impersonal High Street Salon; lets face it, it can feel a little intimidating and rushed, then I really hope you will come and see me, because I won't make you feel rushed and certainly will give you a warm welcome.

I know just how important self-care is for our well-being . I also know that we all spend little time on ourselves, so take time to relax, breathe and focus on what really is important.

​​The Sanctuary Spa Studio is, in fact, two Studios, in one.​

 The larger of the two studios, The Therapy Room, is where Massage and Holistic Treatments take place. 

​

Recline on our sumptuously comfortable, State of the Art Massage Bed, designed totally with your comfort in mind, designed just for you.

All of our massage treatments can be tailored and made bespoke to your needs.

I have clients who book an hours treatment with me then decide on the day, dependant on how stressful their day has been or which area of the body is more in need of  therapy.​

I only see clients on a one to one basis, which gives me time to really focus on their treatment. and I hope gives them chance to really relax in our comfortable surroundings.

I am totally invested in giving clients an amazingly relaxing, wellness journey every time they visit.​

​​​The 'POD' was borne out of my imagination, in order to create a super, cosy space filled with soft and scrumptious cushions, neutral furnishings, comfy waiting sofa, soft rugs

and magazines etc and will be a space where clients can get changed in comfort, before & after their treatments;

( Comfy Waffle Bath Robes and 'Take Home'  Slippers will be provided and at the ready for the duration of your treatment )

​ Our Complimentary 'Hot Choc Station'  with 'Bean to Cup' Coffee is on hand for you to use, as will our selection of  Seasonal Fruit Teas, helping you warm up nicely,

before setting off, for home.​

​​Here at The Sanctuary Spa, it is all about comfort and wellbeing and sheer loveliness.

​We offer a weekly  'Taster Tuesday', which will include a 30 minute, 'Session Mini'  for clients to try any treatment before booking a Full Treatment.
